COOLING AT LAST!

COOLING AT LAST!  After a challenging couple weeks of problem solving and  trouble shooting, our refrigeration partners were finally able to remedy the  moisture accumulation that was in the system, which is a common complication  that can occur when starting up a cooling system. Thank you for your patience  and support as we  worked to resolve the issue. We know it has been disappointing to not skate for the last couple of weeks, but now that the chillers are on, we can enjoy the ice rink until the end of the season!  (And if you hadn’t helped us achieve our dream of having chillers, we would have been closed for the season by now due to all the warm weather. So thank you again for your generosity!).  We hope this glitch will be a faded memory as the cooling system serves our community for decades to come with full seasons of ice.

PLEASE NOTE SCHEDULE CHANGES BELOW DUE TO RECENT CLOSURES:

Once we get through the tournament this weekend, we will be look adding ice time for our hockey programs on Saturdays and Sundays to help accommodate for some of the time we were closed while the Chillers weren’t working.  We will be in touch with the coaches/league representatives to evaluate options that will work for the programs. We will send another email in the next week with an update.

Thanks everyone. See you on the ice!
