The 13th Season of Music on Main

Thursdays June 20th – August 15th 2019

6 PM – 10 PM

For nearly a decade, Sister Sparrow & The Dirty Birds have been hailed for their explosive brand of modern soul, equally celebrated for their three studio albums and electrifying live performances. “Sister Sparrow, Arleigh Kincheloe’s nom de disque, is a soul queen,” raved The Washington Post, while The Baltimore Sun simply noted, “Arleigh Kincheloe has one of the biggest voices in the business. Prepare to be blown away.”

Richard & Claire Match Challenge Kickoff Night

Thanks to our amazing sponsors Richard & Claire, we have accepted their challenge to raise $5K tonight and they will match it dollar for dollar! When you see our volunteers with donation jars, please drop in whatever you can to help us meet this goal!

Energetic splashes of funk, alternative, rock, R&B, and psychedelia color the music of Turkuaz. Balancing male-female harmonies, strutting guitars, wild horn arrangements, and interminable grooves, this spirit takes shape in the color donned by each respective member on stage nightly via larger-than-life performances.

Recycling Night

This year we continue our commitment to reduce the amount of waste from each Music on Main show. In addition to using reusable cups for beer & wine, use reusable dishes for your meal and get rewarded by earning a raffle ticket for various prizes!

Carrie Rodriguez, a singer-songwriter from Austin, Texas, finds beauty in the cross-pollination of diverse traditions. A passionate performer, she effortlessly melds fiery fiddle playing, electrifying vocals and a fresh interpretation of new and classic songs with an “Ameri-Chicana” attitude. She delivers her own twangy, Texas-bred twist on Mexican Ranchera songs, creating culturally blended music for a culturally blended world.

Ice Night

Thanks to the support of the City of Victor, we have accepted their $5K challenge. Your support goes toward expanding our infrastructure at the Kotler Ice Arena and continuing programs like youth hockey, public skating and school skating programs so drop a few extra bucks at the door this week and help us meet the match!

Remember Jones is a one-of-a-kind soul/pop singer, storyteller and bandleader with a throwback vibe and authentic energy. Collaboratively supported by a large ensemble of musicians (often featuring female backing vocalists, a horn section, and a six-piece rhythm section), the band has played to countless packed and sold-out ballrooms, clubs and theaters throughout the country.

Tin Cup Night

Help TVF reach our Tin Cup Challenge fundraising goal by filling out a Tin Cup Form or visiting Tin Cup Challenge website.  Every dollar you contribute to TVF is boosted by the Challenger Matching Fund through the Tin Cup so help us keep the music free by donating!

Back on the Victor City Park stage by popular demand – the Young Dubliners! Their live shows are known for upbeat, energetic delivery that will rock the stage all night. Although the Young Dubliners sound is most commonly called ‘Celtic Rock’, that label, as labels can often be, is misleading. The Irish influence is there, certainly, but it’s not the only influence that rears its head on their albums, or in live shows.

Raffle Night

Tonight is your chance to win a plethora of prizes in the Music on Main raffle including season passes to Grand Targhee Resort, a cruiser bike from Peaked Sports, and more! Special thanks to all of our sponsors for their support & donations to the raffle!

Pinky and the Floyd has a big sound and is an experience not soon forgotten. You can expect albums in their entirety, and a little something from every Floyd genre – from Syd Barrett to Division Bell, and everything in between. The band has exploded in popularity, selling out shows with an intimacy & intensity unmatched!

Plein Air Night

Watch talented local, regional, and national artists capture the spirit of Music on Main in real time as part of the annual Driggs Plein Air Festival. Paintings are available for sale at the Downtown Driggs Association’s tent.

The multi-instrumentalist power trio The Accidentals will be making their first appearance at Music on Main. Known for high-energy live tunes and unique crowd connection it is sure to be a fun filled evening!

Sponsor & Donor Appreciation Night:  WIN A FREE BIKE!

Music on Main would not be what it is without the almost $100,000 dollars in support that we receive annually. Donors subsidize the experience for the entire community, but we still rely on a couple bucks per person each week so we can continue to bring top talent to stage. Tonight is also Survey Night – help us gather information to make Music on Main even better by filling out a survey. You will automatically be entered to win a cruiser bike courtesy of Peaked Sports!

Fill out the survey now to enter to win!

Must complete before noon on Friday August 9th to qualify. One entry per person.

Grammy winning Reckless Kelly returns to their Idaho roots to join us for a legendary free show here in Victor.

Reckless Kelly was Americana before there really was such a term, combining roots, rock and country influences into an uncompromising musical approach that has earned the group a very steadfast and loyal following.

Volunteer Appreciation Night

Join us in saying “THANK YOU” to the hundreds of volunteers who help make Music on Main such a success each summer. Without them, this free concert series could not happen! Don’t miss the chance to thank all the volunteers for making TVF what it is today.
