Joy Hart is the sole proprietor of Idaho Live LLC, now based in Driggs, and has independently promoted many of Idaho’s finest Americana, Folk, and Indie Rock concerts. She has been active in nearly every facet of the music industry for over 20 years. During this time, she’s chalked up a wealth of valuable knowledge and business acumen in concert production, artist marketing, social media, and venue management.
Joy’s Idaho roots are deep. Her father, Boyd Miller of the Idaho Aviation Hall of Fame, moved to McCall in1986. Joy’s career in media, marketing and event production began at Idaho Iceworld in Boise in 2002. Her involvement with Idaho Iceworld and the Simplot Foundation was instrumental in the transfer of the rink to Boise Parks and Recreation leading to more community participation and programming. Joy’s past experience makes her a natural fit with TVF. She spends her spare time enjoying live music, as well as loving and tending this amazing life we’ve all cultivated here in Teton Valley!
In 2005, Ari founded Teton Basin Ice & Recreation (TBIR). In 2010, TBIR merged with TVF, providing TVF its first significant recreational programming and the ability to hire a full time ED. It was Ari’s vision to develop a recreational ice facility for the community of Teton Valley Idaho. It was his hard work and vision that made it a reality. Ari is a committed father to his daughter and operates SOAR Northwest, an outfitting operation on the Selway and Salmon Rivers in Idaho. He has been a philanthropic and dedicated community member since 1998 and has served on the Idaho Outfitters and Guide Association BOD since 2012. The Kotler Ice Rink is named for Ari and his family. Their dedication to bringing affordable winter recreation to the valley is unparalleled.
Growing up in central NY solidified Brendon’s love of the outdoors and sports, no matter the season. His life-long passion for hockey started at age five and he hasn’t stopped yet, currently playing for leagues in both Teton Valley and Jackson. He also played lacrosse in his youth; his hard work and dedication earned him a position on the Syracuse University team. After college, Brendon’s travels across the country to ski eventually brought him to Jackson, where the beauty of the mountains and wide-open space led him to make Teton Valley his home for the past 22 years. He currently works as a project manager for Dembergh Construction and is an entrepreneur, having started several local businesses over the years. Brendon is a co-founder of the Teton Valley Youth Lacrosse Association, and coaches youth hockey and lacrosse. Brendon and his wife Kerri, along with sons Tucker, Crosby, and Emmett, and their dog Moss, spend their free time on the rivers and in the mountains they call home.
Derek grew up in Ohio, but after graduating from Miami University, he traded the flat-lands of the Midwest for the alluring landscapes of the West. Derek landed in Teton Valley in 1994 making it home-base while conducting field biology studies, guiding ski tours, working for local businesses, and running a meat processing business. In 2016, Derek gave up the valley shuffle for a full-time work with the Jackson Hole Land Trust where he continues to work as the Director of Stewardship. Derek is excited to bring his knowledge of non-profit management to help grow the extraordinary community assets that the TVF operates. Although he has dreams of curling greatness, Derek primarily enjoys sharing the wonders of the Greater Yellowstone Area with his wife, Jen, and two daughters, Lila and Quinn

Jenny served as the Executive Director of Teton Valley Hospital Foundation for 3 years and is enthusiastic about her new role as Group Sales Director at Teton Springs. She has been a Music on Main volunteer for five seasons and enjoys seeing everyone come through the front gates. She loves hiking, snowshoeing, and pretty much everything about Idaho.
